Rules are sometimes not followed or followable. Our experts partner with organizations to assist in understanding the role rules play in everyday work, how and where they are used and why they don’t always work as intended.
We advise on the design and management of operating and maintenance procedures and rules that support workers, the performance of work, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and importantly do not

practical tools for incorporating human factors thinking into qualitative and quantitative risk assessments, audits, safety critical task analysis, and daily operational and maintenance activities, including site inspections, pre- and post-job briefings.
